Guilhelper's Terms of Service/Policies

By purchasing/commissioning artwork services, you understand that (1) a non refundable 50% deposit is due before any artwork can begin. (2)That the remaining non-refundable balance will be due after penciling/inking is completed, along with any shipping fees. (3) you will receive a digital copy (in the format of JPEG) of the commissioned artwork process along with a digital print of the artwork. You will not receive the original artwork. If the dimensions listed for the print can not be provided, a comparable print of similar size shall be used instead. (4) you agree to non commercial usage of the artwork or any conduct which can be perceived as commercial or profitable in nature and in violation of any copyright/tradmark laws applicable to the affected MMORPG company. (5) You agree that Guildhelper has the intellectual copyrights of all commissioned artwork produced (6) The right to use all commissioned artwork produced for marketing purposes (7) The rights to object to all derogatory treatment of the works which includes distortion, mutilation, misrepresentation, or is otherwise prejudicial to the honor or reputation of the artist or Guildhelper, (8) Ultimately, you are commissioning a service for an artistic interpretation of an idea or image and that 100% satisfaction cannot be guaranteed on the completed artwork because of unintentional artistic differences.
By purchasing/commissioning graphical services, you understand that (1) a non refundable 100% deposit is due before any graphic work can begin. (2) you will receive a digital copy (in the format of JPEG) of the commissioned artwork, along with free image hosting if requested. (3) you agree to non commercial usage of the graphics or any conduct which can be perceived as commercial or profitable in nature and in violation of any copyright/tradmark laws applicable to the affected MMORPG company. (4) You agree that Guildhelper has the intellectual copyrights of all commissioned graphic works produced (5) The right to use all commissioned graphic works produced for marketing purposes (6) The rights to object to all derogatory treatment of the works which includes distortion, mutilation, misrepresentation, or is otherwise prejudicial to the honor or reputation of the artist or Guildhelper, (7) That Guildhelper will avoid the use of copyrighted material in its graphic design, (8) That the graphic design of the banner and template is an interpretation of the client's wishes. (9) Ultimately, you are commissioning an artistic interpretation of an idea or image and that 100% satisfaction cannot be guaranteed on the completed artwork because of unintentional artistic differences.
At any time, Guildhelper reserves the right to terminate commission services for artwork or graphic commissions due to settlements not agreeable by both parties.
By purchasing the Guildhelper Creation Guide or any Guildhelper guide(s), you understand that (1) All contents within the guide(s) are copyrighted by Guildhelper and strictly prohibited from being reproduced, distributed or manipulated in any manner. All Rights reserved. (2) The product is non-refundable and non-returnable. (3) Updated versions of the guide(s) and newsletter may be distributed to past customers at the discretion of Guildhelper.
By purchasing from Guildhelper, you understand you may receive a monthly newsletter and related emails. If you wish to be placed off this listing, please contact Guldhelper directly. Once again, a non-refundable 50% deposit is due before any artwork will begin and 100% is needed for graphical work. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of pencils/inks, along with any extra shipping fees. All Artwork and graphic work fees are processed through PayPal.
It is your responsibility to inform Guildhelper if any error or mistakes that may have accidentally occurred during either the artwork process or the transaction of the sale if resolution has not occurred over a period of time.
By purchasing from Guildhelper and/or checking the box in the order form, the client is in acknowledgement and agreement of all of these terms.
